Production Roles

We are searching for artists to collaborate on our Chicago Summer Musical in August.

Work With ATC

Chicago Staff: Open Roles

    • Ensuring support for visiting artists and overseeing stipend payroll

    • Manage communication and conflict resolution across both internal departments and visiting artists

    • Create safe practices and policies for all members of Adams Theatre Company productions and staff

    • Oversee all technical aspects of Adams Theatre Company’s productions

    • Supervise and assist with scenic construction, light hang, and load-in/strike

    • Determine technical support and inventory necessary for projects

    • Attend meetings and rehearsals as necessary to welcome and support designers

    • Generate and execute fundraising events, ensuring logistics, fundraising, and marketing are aligned

    • Manage bookings of spaces, artists, catering, and necessary accommodations for promotional events

    • Prepare proposals and reports for each event

    • Manage staff payroll and production purchases

    • Review invoices for documentation and approval by Board of Directors

    • Process all gifts and donations received

    • Oversee bank accounts and transactions

    • Prepare budgets for events and reports on financial standing ad hoc

Chicago Summer 2026 Musical

We are in search of artists to collaborate with for our upcoming musical production in August 2026.

We have rolling applications available in Design, Choreography, Music Direction, Graphic Design, and Photography.
