Available Positions:

  • Position Overview: 

    We are looking for a motivated and reliable college student or new graduate to grow the fundraising efforts of ATC. This individual will lead the charge in applying for grants, finding new methods of fundraising, and developing ATC. The position will be part-time and paid on commission. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the administrative team in finding grants

    • Draft grant applications for theatre/arts development

    • Manage grant applications and deadlines 

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Interest in grant writing and non-profit theatre

    • Organizational, time-management, and documentation skills

    • Exceptional communicator and writer

  • Position Overview: 

    We are looking for a motivated and reliable college student or new graduate to manage the finances of Adams Theatre Company. This individual will track budgets, payments, purchases, and invoices, while maintaining cost reports and recording donations. This role is part-time and unpaid due to our new status as a non-profit. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, manage, and execute budget spreadsheets

    • Collaborate with the administrative and development teams in budgeting

    • Track financial transactions

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Interest in non-profit finance and theatre

    • Some experience with Excel

    • Organizational, time-management, and documentation skills

    • Exceptional communicator and team-player

  • Position Overview: 

    We are looking for a motivated and creative college student or new graduate to lead marketing and communications for Adams Theatre Company. This individual will create social media graphics and captions across platforms, analyze trends, and handle PR initiatives. This role is part-time and unpaid due to our new status as a non-profit.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and post graphics, photos, and videos across social platforms

    • Analyze and track social media and marketing trends

    • Establish clear branding ideas and handle media outreach

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Interest in marketing and theatre

    • Experience with some photo editing or graphic design tools

    • Organizational and time-management skills

    • Exceptional communicator and collaborator
